I have 25 years of experience, and specialize in the field of applied economics with specific knowledge in the areas of natural resources, energy, risk and forensic economics. I have published on such topics as natural resources, energy and risk. I have received two Fulbright senior fellowships to teach and conduct research (one in Senegal, in French, and the other in Ethiopia, in English). In addition to a record of published research, I have lived abroad and have a good understanding of the international cultural context of public policy issues.
