I have 30 years of experience, and specialize in the field of anesthesiology with specific knowledge in the areas of pain medicine, interventional pain treatment and opioid prescription writing. I have published on such topics as pain relief, postural headache and reflex sympathetic dystrophy. I have testified 6 times on topics such as indications for opioid pain medications, need for high dose opioids and safety of transdermal preparations. I have served the American Board of Anesthesiologists as an Oral Board Examiner for the past 23 years to determine if board eligible anesthesiologists are to become Board Certified in the field.
