I have 40 years of experience, and specialize in the field of electrical engineering with specific knowledge in the areas of a-Si solar cell materials and devices, nonvolatile semiconductor memory devices and electronic packaging. I have published on such topics as a-Si solar cell materials and processes, nonvolatile semiconductor memory materials and devices and electronic packaging materials and processes. The past 30 years of my professional career were spent at an university. I retired in June 2008 as a Distinguished Professor of Electrical Engineering.
