I have 15 years of experience, and specialize in the field of nutrition and aging with specific knowledge in the areas of selenium, premature aging syndromes and DNA repair. I have published on such topics as antioxidant nutrients, premature aging syndromes and nutrigenomics. I have been conducting antioxidant nutrient and aging research over the last 13 years, and have published 37 papers/book chapters to date. I currently hold a full-time assistant professor position in the department of nutrition and food science at the university level.
