I have 30 years of experience, and specialize in the field of safety, fire and EMS with specific knowledge in the areas of safety, accident and fire investigation, fire, EMS, haz-mat, emergency management, construction, safety engineering, accident and cause and origin investigations. I have published on such topics as wild land fire safety, hybrid vehicle extrication and rescue and training and safety program design. I am a Chief Fire administrator of Safety and Training. I have assisted in the development of firefighter Passport Accountability Safety System (PASS) and assisted in the development of the National Incident Management System (NIMS), which became the emergency response management standard for the United States and is recognized world-wide. I was also the developer of a program used world-wide in training and delivering safety to Wild land firefighters.
