I have 40 years of experience, and specialize in the field of construction with specific knowledge in the areas of wrongful death, safety and steel erection. I have copyrighted several presentations. I have testified on steel erection safety, cranes and derricks in construction and safety belts, lifelines, and lanyards. While I was in charge of safety at my former employer, my company was the first, out of more than 11,000 specialty contractors, to receive three Willis/ AGC Construction Safety Excellence First Place awards (in 2004, 2007, and 2011).
